Thermo-king and Carrier make transport refrigeration units that have an extra compressor to run off engine drive motor and are more expensive to purchase, run, operate and require a specialist to maintain and repair.
Our 12-volt refrigeration unit will run directly off the vehicle battery and does not require an alternator upgrade. This unit is capable of freeze or cool and has a range of -10 F to 75 F. Just set the digital temperature controller to the desired temp and get on with your deliveries.
Electric Standby
The best feature of all on our refrigeration unit is that it has 115-volt electric stand-by as a standard feature while others it is an expensive upgrade. This means that when you are not using the vehicle you can simply plug into any 15 amp outlet and keep your box temperature delightful.

The Cooler Trailers freezer box is made of light weight composite truck body with 304 stainless steel door frame, EPDM door seals, and a pallet duty floor just like our trailers. This combination will provide you with decades of service.
Nationwide Delivery
The 4×8 slip in weighs in at 1000 pounds including the reefer unit so we use LTL or less than load transporters to deliver these Nationwide. They are easily unloaded with a forklift and ready to install on your vehicle instantly.
