6x8 Refrigerated Specialty Build

Here are some pics of 6×8 refrigerated glass door trailer we built with specialty in mind. Perfect for road side stand or where your product needs to be displayed- meat, produce, flowers, drinks, etc.

This rugged lightweight insulated truck body is mounted on our aluminum no-rust chassis. It has (2) 3500 lbs Dexter torsion axles and special load bearing tires to handle anything. Aluminum swing up canopy with gas shocks on curbside of trailer. We built (3) Thermopane glass doors into the box and added our 4′ tongue and platform so it is ready for a generator if needed while in transit. Also has offset rear door to accommodate the stainless steel shelves welded in place to floor. The unit is our 115-volt refrigeration unit that runs off any 15 amp plug. 4x8 Slip In For Pick-Up Truck Freeze Or Cool

This 4×8 slip in for pick up truck is 96″x49″x71″ and fits most standard Chevy, Dodge, & Ford Pick Up Trucks. The pictures shown here are with a 6′ bed with tailgate down for reference point.

This unit will freeze or cool with 12-volt or 115-volt stand by electrical built in to unit. Runs from the vehicle battery with alternator upgrade needed. The box weighs 1000 lbs and is complete with stainless steel door frame, EPDM door seals, freezer curtains, pallet duty floor, NSF and USDA approved walls for food grade applications.
