How To Build The Best Small Refrigerated Trailer
Cooler Trailers build their refrigerated and freezer trailers in two parts. First is the refrigerated box construction.
We start with a pallet duty floor for the tough jobs. Then come food grade NSF & USDA approved walls.
Next is our 304 stainless steel door frame with EPDM door seals to keep the cold air in, and adds strength and durability to the box to guarantee your doors will be swinging for decades.
Now that the box is completely sealed and air tight, it’s ready to be joined to our CAD drawn spec trailer chassis specifically designed for our refrigerated boxes.
We finish trimming out our boxes with aluminum floor and freezer curtains for that professional touch. Our chassis come with Dexter torsion axles for the best ride in the industry.
Now that the two piece construction is complete it’s ready to become a Cooler Trailer.
We install our 115 volt refrigeration unit that is capable of going as low as -10 Fahrenheit in the dead of summer or used as a cooler if preferred.

We start by building a lightweight insulated truck body using a pallet duty aluminum floor, NSF & U.S.D.A. polyurethane foam walls, roof and door.
Stainless steel doorframe, stainless hinges and hardware, EPDM door seals, and freezer curtains to make sure your refrigerated box stays cool or frozen for decades.
Then we attach to our special CAD drawn bumper pull trailer chassis, specifically designed for our refrigerated boxes.
This two- step process ensures that there are no air gaps or insulation issues between box and chassis and also why we have the most efficient and coldest boxes in the 115 volt refrigeration market!
Then we finish the process with our own 115 volt refrigeration unit made with standard basic refrigeration parts including hot gas defrost that any basic mechanic in your area can maintain.
The units are easy to power with any household 115 volt 15 amp electrical circuit or run over the road with a 5500 watt generator.
